It is very easy to get remote consultations. All you need to do is call (activate) REMOTE CLIENT application whenever you want your computer to be managed from another remote computer.
Please follow these steps:
- Download STEKAS REMOTE CLIENT application to your computer.
- The application has its user authentication system which allows remote connections for registered users only. THEREFORE: check with your service consultant what is your username and password for this application or contact STEKAS specialists.
- Activate (call) the application and enter your username and password.
- After you enter your username correctly, your computer screen will instantly become visible to the customer service consultant.
! Your computer screen, mouse and keyboard will be controlled from a remote computer, no matter where you are located! - The connection time data will be collected and available to you and the person who remotely controlled your computer on your personal online accounts.
